Who is that old man so concerned about his City foodstuffs? He’s Mr. Twang Liu Kim (I think) from South Park. Mr. Kim runs a Chinese restaurant called City Wok that he mispronounces “Shitty Wok.” Much fun concerning City Beef and City Chicken is had at his expense.
